A Week of Disappointments

poor jacuzzi placement limited wi-fi

Dinner was thoughtfully left in the room upon my late arrival.

The beach villa jacuzzi faced the toilet and shower, a serious design flaw. The full board plan excluded basic drinks like lattes. This felt misleading and stingy. Wi-Fi access was limited to rooms and specific areas. I could not even get a signal near the water.

friendly staff amazing food fine scenery

i especially liked the friendly staff. They were helpful. the food was amazing!!! there were many choices available. i was impressed that the island was well kept. snorkeling provided many sightings including rays and sharks.

The gym equipment was slightly outdated. This was a minor issue.

own jacuzzi easy access

i stayed in a jacuzzi water villa and it was gorgeous. the views were beautiful and it was so nice to have my own jacuzzi i could chill in at night. i also loved that it had easy access to the sea, and i enjoyed seeing the fish in the evening.

the all-inclusive plus package included some drinks, however more drinks were not included. it was a little complicated figuring out what was and was not included.
